The ground-breaking ceremony for our new office building at the Eidenberg site took place on May 6, 2024.In addition to its modern appearance, our goal is to provide our employees with a comfortable workspace. Spacious offices, break rooms, and communication areas encourage lively exchanges with colleagues.
The floating appearance and modern façade of the second floor blend seamlessly with a sustainable wooden façade that harmonizes with the surroundings. With a breathtaking view across the existing production halls into the Mühlviertel region, the new office offers an inspiring working atmosphere surrounded by forests and meadows.
It is important to us that the building integrates seamlessly into the agricultural landscape. The first floor is almost entirely integrated into the slope, giving the entire building a minimalist aesthetic despite its considerable size.
On two floors, a usable office space of just under 900 m² will be created for a maximum of 60-70 employees. Automatic systems for our customers in the timber industry are already being manufactured in the three production halls on site. While we still have sufficient space in the large-scale production area, we lack office workstations at the Eidenberg site. Our software development team is currently provisionally housed in an older existing building. Part of the team from Linz will also move into the new building. The parking garage below offers numerous parking options directly on the premises.
This will not only create new jobs in the region but will also allow existing employees to shorten their daily commutes and avoid driving to Linz every day in traffic jams.
