Aside from their furniture production, our customer Moser in Germany specializes in the production of high-quality solid wood panels. With our automatic handling solution, this production process is nearly fully automated.
After cutting of the timber, the planks are individually stacked and sorted (system 1). After a layer is complete, the full layer is then moved to a conveyor belt that reaches into a feed-through gluing press. After the gluing process the boards are manipulated and sorted through another manipulator (system 2).
Together with our customer, we created an individual handling solution to optimize and automate production and increase performance with the machines already in place.
