Quality, efficiency and reliability – three keywords that specifically apply to the service competence of Barbaric. Our experienced service technicians are long-term employees of Barbaric and know our machines from the ground up.

Our service department is at your service Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 for automatic systems (such as storage, feeding and return systems). Please keep the serial number of your system at hand before reaching out to us so that we can provide you with our support more efficiently.

 

Special Offer: Remote maintenance and support – FREE for the first 3 years

When ordering a new system in combination with our maintenance contract, we will provide you with remote maintenance of your system free of charge for the first 36 months. Excluded from this special offer are requests with customer-related causes.

 

Furthermore, our service technicians will gladly carry out the legally required, annually recurring inspection and maintenance of your Barbaric system after assembly.

 

Spare Parts:
